We are looking for a IT Services Manager to take ownership of IT operations, security, infrastructure, and web services in a growing, fast-paced company. This role is ideal for someone midway through their career, excited to step up, take responsibility, and grow into a leadership position over time.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring our IT systems and cloud infrastructure run smoothly, our security policies are effective, and our teams are well-supported with the technology and tools they need. You’ll also manage our web hosting environment and support our WordPress-based properties, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure uptime, performance, and technical maintenance.

We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver with a growth mindset, technical depth, and a passion for secure, scalable, and reliable systems.

What will you be doing?

Technology & IT Operations

• Manage and optimize IT services to align with company goals

• Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (networks, virtualization, AWS-hosted services)

• Support and maintain company websites hosted on WordPress (plugins, themes, updates, performance)

• Implement and enforce IT Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Provide IT support, onboarding, and troubleshooting for employees

• Manage vendor relationships and contracts

• Oversee IT asset management, including software and hardware tracking

Security & Compliance

• Develop and implement security policies; monitor threats and respond to incidents

• Maintain cybersecurity best practices, including endpoint and network security

• Oversee Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and secure data workflows

• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards

• Manage user identities and implement Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations

Infrastructure & Support

• Oversee mobile device management and OS updates

• Lead business continuity and disaster recovery planning

• Maintain IT documentation and support change management processes

• Support video production workflows, including secure file management and archiving

Web Hosting & Cloud Services

• Manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)

• Optimize website uptime, performance, and hosting setup

• Monitor and manage DNS, SSL certificates, and website security

Growth & Innovation

• Stay current with emerging tech and recommend improvements

• Lead or contribute to IT projects

• Conduct staff training on IT tools and security best practices

• Work cross-functionally to improve systems and processes

What will you have done before?

• Experience in IT, infrastructure, or cybersecurity roles

• Experience managing and maintaining WordPress websites

• Familiarity with AWS environments (EC2, S3, RDS, IAM)

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate technical topics clearly to non-technical teams

• Hands-on experience with security tools and network monitoring

• Proficiency with IT support, system admin, and cloud-based solutions

• Strong documentation skills (SOPs, policies, etc.)

• Experience with budget oversight and cost optimization

Bonus (Nice to Have):

• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, ITIL, AWS Cloud Practitioner, PMP

• Familiarity with video production workflows and media asset management

• Experience with SSO protocols and identity management tools

• Background in supporting creative or media teams
