We’re looking for a talented and creative Video Editor to join our YouTube team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting engaging and visually stunning videos that capture and retain our audience’s attention. You’ll work closely with the production and content teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring all content aligns with the brand’s voice and resonates with our global audience.

What you’ll be doing:

• Edit and assemble high-quality videos for our YouTube channel, focusing on storytelling, pacing, and visual appeal.

• Incorporate graphics, text, animations, and sound to enhance viewer engagement.

• Optimise videos for YouTube, including thumbnails, titles, and metadata collaboration.

• Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure content aligns with the brand’s strategy and goals.

• Stay up-to-date with YouTube trends and analytics to continuously improve content performance.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, maintaining a high standard of quality.

• Provide input on creative concepts and suggest innovative editing techniques to elevate the content.

What you’ll have:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of YouTube content.

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.

• Knowledge of color grading and audio mixing.

• Strong knowledge of motion graphics and basic animation (e.g., After Effects).

• Familiarity with YouTube best practices, including SEO, thumbnails, and audience retention strategies.

• A keen eye for detail, storytelling, and pacing.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative and production teams.

• Experience with camera operation and on-set workflows would be a bonus but not essential.
